Shipping Policy

Shipping methods

As a small business, we do our best to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days and special orders take 2 to 3 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class (and occasionally priority) and generally reach recipients in less than a week.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by any date as USPS does NOT guarantee the number of days items take to ship.

Shipping & handling details

What happens if my package is damaged?
If your order is damaged during printing or the fulfillment process, we will replace your items at no additional cost to you once we receive photos of the damages. However, it is requested that you cover the standard shipping and handling fees associated with reshipping your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the replacement and an additional 3 to 5 business days for shipping.

What if my order shipped to the wrong address?

If your order was sent to the wrong address due to our error, we will reship the item(s) out and cover the shipping cost. If the address is incorrect due to an error on your end, we can replace the item(s) and resend them, however you must cover 50% of the original item(s) total cost plus the shipping fee.

What happens if tracking says "delivered," but I didn't receive my order?

If your tracking shows that your item was delivered but you didn’t receive it, there could be a few reasons why this occurred. Sometimes the postal carrier delivers your package to the wrong house, in this case, it may show up in your mailbox within a day or two. If it remains missing within a few days, please check with other family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if someone took in the package and forgot to tell you or the carrier remembers where they left it. 


If it is still missing, contact us at crystal@adornedbycrystal.com and together we will try to figure out the best way to proceed. In some cases, this may require that we file a report with USPS for lost or stolen mail and you may be asked to file a police report if it was deemed stolen.
