“Do you remember, the 21st Night of September …”
Why yes I do! And it’s only just passed. Another trip around the sun completed – and another has now begun. I’m always curious what the coming year will bring.

This past year has been really good and really hard. I’ve been going through some things alongside dear friends and learning so much more about myself. I find myself calmer, more determined, and centered in a way I’ve always wanted.
When I launched out on my own to do art full time, I was coming from a place of expanding my skills by creating a variety of things to go with specific themes that changed every month or so. Over the last 3 years I’ve managed to find my voice as an artist and I now consider things for whether they help me speak louder and clearer with my art, not just whether I think it would be fun or not. There are so many cute things that I don’t need to invest my time or resources into, because I’ve got so many amazing things I’d rather invest my time and resources into.
I’m excited to share more things with you – and see you in markets and at events that are a wonderful place for me to be. I’m looking forward to taking the things I’ve been doing to the next level – as well as blending some things in new ways I haven’t seen before. I’m also hopeful that I will figure out the few remaining issues I’m having with the site here so I can start going forward, finally!
In addition to the new pieces I’ve been creating for the coming season, I’ve been working on creating a series on crafting tools that span decades that I’m calling, “Fabric of Femininity,” sharing tools I discovered while cleaning out the craft room of a life-long artist. I hope they will fascinate you as much as they fascinate me.
If you’re reading this, thank you for being a part of my journey and I look forward to sharing this coming year and all it has in store.
